Using BrioQuery to Access Student Administration Data
BrioQuery is a reporting tool for the CMS PeopleSoft systems. This class will introduce BrioQuery to those who have never used it before. The topics covered will include an overview of program features and online resources. At the end of the class the student will be able run a repository query, edit a repository query to customize results, and export results to the local desktop.
We will be using Student Administration data tables in this class. Please verify that you have both a CMS-WTS and BrioQuery/PolyData account with access to the SA data tables and can login to both before coming to class. There will not be time to assist with login or access problems during the class session. Contact the ITS Service Desk at 756-7000 if you need assistance.
As of April 2007, classes in the use of BrioQuery are no longer being offered however training materials and user guides are available and posted on the PolyData website.
